Six Acres Flower Farm

Hi, I'm Erin – and I'm so glad you're here. I'd love to share how Six Acres Flower Farm began.

Before flowers, I worked as an EMT and later as an ER nurse in South Carolina. When my husband and I both longed for a slower and simpler life, we moved from SC back to the area where I grew up, and bought a fixer-upper on six acres of land. I stepped away from nursing to stay home with our son, and while raising him, I poured my energy into transforming that overgrown property into something beautiful. 

What started as pulling weeds here and there quickly blossomed into something more.

With every flower I planted and tended, I realized this wasn't just a hobby–it was something I wanted to share with others. 

Today, Six Acres Flower Farm provides seasonal flowers grown and harvested here in Hamilton, Illinois.
